Pequot Hotel, 19 Pequot Ave., Oak Bluffs
One block from the beach, and an easy walk to downtown, O.B. Harbor and the festival!
This “hotel” is more like a quaint country inn with rocking chairs on the porch, and situated on a quiet side street. Each room is unique. Rooms all have private baths, A/C, hair dryers, wireless internet. Continental breakfasts are served in the Main House dining area, and afternoon “tea” with cookies is served in the living room/lobby area.

COST: $285 or $255 per person, double occ., depending on room type (more for single occ. – please inquire) $285 rooms are in the Main House and have TV and mini refrigerator. $255 rooms are in the Annex – just across a small courtyard from the Main House. Rooms have either two twins or a double bed. Some rooms with a double can also accommodate a “cot” bed.

DEPOSIT: Minimum $175 DUE to hold your reservation. Balance due by MAY 23.

Includes: Includes 2 nights, 2 continental breakfasts, 9.7% lodging tax, private happy hour with hors d’oeuvres, beer, wine and soda, group dinner reservations for Sat. night, carpool and roommate matching if requested, advance info on activities, ferry schedules, costs, etc. (sent out prior to trip).
(gratuity not included - $10-15 recommended per person)

Arrive any time on Friday, depart Sunday. Ferry reservations not taken for walk-on passengers. A car is not necessary on the island (and expensive to bring in high season), but if you want to bring it, make your reservation now! Walk-on cost $14 round trip. $6 for bikes round trip.
Cancellation Policy: DEPOSITS on all overnight trips are refundable up until the Balance Due deadline (May 23), less a 10% total cost of trip cancellation fee - with a $10 minimum.
Payments on all events, including trips, are nonrefundable after the Balance Due deadline. After that time any monies paid are forfeited.
If signing up for an event after the Balance Due deadline, full payment will be due immediately and is nonrefundable.
If canceling after the Balance Due deadline, and someone is found to take your place, after the event has sold out, refunds will be made, less a $5 service charge on day events, and less a 10% total cost of trip cancellation fee for overnight trips, with a $10 minimum charge.
