Our lovely hotel, more like a country inn, is situated on a quiet side street with rocking chairs on the porch, only one block from the beach and an easy walk to downtown, O.B. Harbor. Each room is unique. Rooms all have private baths, A/C, hair dryers, wireless internet. Continental breakfasts are served in the Main House dining area, and afternoon “tea” with cookies is served in the living room/lobby area. COST: $429 or $349 per person, double occ., depending on room type (more for single occ. – please inquire) $429 rooms are in the Main House and have TV and mini refrigerator. $349 rooms are in the Annex – just across a small courtyard from the Main House, no tv or fridge. Rooms have either two twins or a double bed. Some rooms with a double can also accommodate a “cot” bed. Arrive any time on Friday, depart Monday. Ferry reservations not taken for walk-on passengers. A car is not necessary on the island (and expensive to bring in high season), but if you want to bring it, make your reservation now! Labor Day w/e will be busy! Walk-on cost $15 round trip. $6 for bikes round trip.

| Cancellation Policy: | DEPOSITS on all overnight trips are refundable up until the Balance Due deadline (Aug 7), less a 10% total cost of trip cancellation fee - with a $10 minimum. Payments on all events, including trips, are nonrefundable after the Balance Due deadline. After that time any monies paid are forfeited. If signing up for an event after the Balance Due deadline, full payment will be due immediately and is nonrefundable. If canceling after the Balance Due deadline, and someone is found to take your place, after the event has sold out, refunds will be made, less a $5 service charge on day events, and less a 10% total cost of trip cancellation fee for overnight trips, with a $10 minimum charge.
