Jane Teixeira owns and operates her own Outdoor Adventure Company, Outside New England, Inc.. In addition to her enthusiasm and passion for the outdoors, Jane brings many years of experience and skill to this venture. She is a fully certified leader and has led countless numbers of trips over the years. During 1999, Jane led a trek in the Andes Mountains along the forgotten Inca roadways of Peru and visiting Machu Picchu. Jane has led numerous weekend trips, day hikes and hut-to-hut trips in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Her most recent excursions, have been major tours and hiking trips to Thailand, British Columbia, Ireland, Chile, Alaska, Hawaii, Utah, many of the National Parks and several trips to the “Red Rock Country” of Sedona, AZ. Locally, she’s climbed and hiked the 48 “over 4000” footers of New Hampshire, as well as others in New England. Cliff Teixeira is a fully certified Leader (hiking, xc-skiing,and snowshoeing). He has attended Leadership School, successfully completed the First Aid (CPR inclusive) and the First Aid AED program and is also certified in Wilderness First Aid and Advanced Wilderness First Aid. Cliff has led many hiking, x-c skiing and snowshoeing trips with Jane for Outside New England as well as day, weekend and extended hut to hut trips. Cliff has taken trips to Iceland, Chile, Ireland, Alaska, Sedona,Arizona, the Grand Canyon rim to rim, Southeast Utah, Arches, Bryce, Zion, Canyonlands National Parks, Gaspe Peninsula and the Chic Choc Mountains.

Kathy Didier owns and manages Pembrook Adventures in Woodstock, NH. She has been a leader in hiking, backpacking, canoeing, and skiing trips for thirteen years. Kathy leads an average of six week-long excursions each year. She has led hiking/backpacking trips to the Grand Canyon, Southeast Utah, and Wind River Range of Wyoming for Northeast Ventures. During 1999 and 2000, Kathy led trips to New Zealand, Ireland, Canada, Mexico, Sedona, AZ, Alaska, Monhegan Island, and Cornwall, England, hut trips in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, and numerous weekend trips. Kathy is certified in Wilderness First Aid, Advanced Wilderness First Aid and CPR.

Anna has been leading and co-leading “Outside New England” hiking, cycling and skiing day and weekend trips. Anna has backpacked the High Sierras in California, Glen Canyon National Area in Utah, Tatras in Poland, Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, and in New Zealand. In May 2002,Anna treked in the Himalayan range in Nepal. Anna is certified in Wilderness First Aid and CPR.

Janet is a fully certified Leader in hiking, xc-skiing, and snowshoeing. She has attended, Mountain Leadership School, Winter Leadership School, and is certified in Wilderness First Aid and CPR. Janet has been hiking many years and has completed all the New England 4000 footers, presently working on the 100 highest. She has taken and led trips to the Grand Canyon rim to rim, Sedona, AZ, Anza Borego, Joshua Tree, Zion, and Bryce National Parks.

Lynn has been leading many “Outside New England” hiking trips in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She has also been leading road biking and x-country ski trips for other organizations for over 10 years. Lynn has traveled to many third-world countries in South America and Asia, so she is familiar with many cultures that you may encounter through-out your travel. Lynn is certified in Wilderness First Aid, Advanced Wilderness First Aid and CPR. She also makes a darn good chocolate mousse!

Carol is a fully certified Leader in hiking, xc-skiing, snowshoeing and cycling. Carol is certified in Wilderness First Aid and Advanced Wilderness First Aid. She has also lead/co-lead extended trips in the White Mountains of New Hampshire (hut to hut trips), fall & summer, also trips to Utah (Bryce, Zion & the Wasatch). Carol spent 2 1/2 months working and hiking and biking extensively in Glacier National Park, Montana (also visited Waterton and Banff), and one month working and hiking in Olympic National Park in Washington. She enjoys hiking, xc skiing, snowshoeing, rollerblading, biking,kayaking, and has flatwater canoe experience.

Henry is a fully certified Leader and is certified in Wilderness First Aid and CPR.

Melissa is a fully certified Leader in hiking, xc-skiing, and cycling. She has completed Mountain leadership school and is certified in Wilderness first aid and CPR. She has climbed all the four thousand footer in New Hampshire and has hiked and cycled in Switzerland, Canadian Rockies, Bryce, Zion, Grand Canyon and Sedona, Arizona. She spent 3 months working and exploring Yellowstone National Park. Melissa lives in Southern New Hampshire and spends her free time hiking, biking both on and off road, x-country skiing and snowshoeing.

Nancy is a fully certified leader. She has completed a Winter School leadership program and has been certified in Wilderness First Aid, Advanced Wilderness First Aid and CPR. Nancy has led weekend ski trips, day hikes, and snowshoe trips for Outside New England and other civic groups. Many of the trips have been in the White Mountains of New Hampshire and the Bar Harbor, Maine area. Nancy has completed all of the forty-eight 4,000 footers of New Hampshire.
