On receipt of your reservation, we will send you a confirmation message. Information with details on what to expect; the hikes, meeting directions, clothing, gear list, insurance needs, and a waiver form will be sent out.

Cancellation - Refund Policy: Weekend and Extended Trips
Refunds of deposits or payments for Weekend and Extended Trips will be given, less a 10% total cost of trip cancellation fee, provided that written cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the event date.  After that time any monies paid are forfeited. (Note: Some Extended Trips may require that written cancellation be received greater that 30 days. Please refer to the cancellation policy to that particular trip.)

Cancellation - Refund Policy: Day Trips
Refunds of deposits or payments for Day Trips will be given, less a 10% total cost of trip cancellation fee, provided that cancellation is received at least 24 hours prior to the event date.  After that time any monies paid are forfeited.

There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a trip early.

Outside New England, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that Outside New England, Inc has to cancel a trip, you will receive a full refund. Outside New England, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses incurred due to changes in itinerary or trip cancellation.

EXCHANGE RATES:
Rates used to calculate the cost of our Extended Trips outside of the United States are based on exchange rates valid at the time of posting on our web site or printing of our newsletter.  Should a rate vary against the US Dollar by more than 3%, Outside New England, Inc reserves the right to recalculate the tour cost and apply the difference as a surcharge. Although we hope that it will not be necessary to levy a surcharge, we reserve the right to do so. If this becomes necessary , Outside New England will notify you as soon as we are aware of any likely surcharge.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE OPTIONAL TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE WHEN SIGNING UP ON ANY OF OUR EXTENDED TRIPS. Travel Protection is optional and is not included in the price of our trips. We highly recommend consideration of TRAVELEX TRAVEL INSURANCE. If you are interested in travel insurance you can sign up on line or if you prefer we will be happy to include an application with your confirmation packet.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Outside New England, Inc. acts as an agent for the lodging providers, ground operators, and any other suppliers of travel services shown on your itinerary. Outside New England, Inc. is not responsible for the acts or omissions of such suppliers or their subcontractors or their failure to provide services or adhere to their own schedules. We have no special knowledge regarding unsafe conditions, safety problems, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel.

By making the required deposit or full payment, you hereby release Outside New England, Inc., its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims of liability or harm resulting in whole or in part from causes not within Outside New England, Inc.'s control.

WAIVER - CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Itineraries and trips may be altered due to weather, trains, flight delays, sickness and other circumstances beyond our control. We may cancel any departure due to insignificant booking or other reasons beyond our control. In such case, an immediate and full refund will be made of the amount paid to Outside New England, Inc. If the trip has to be altered or delayed by contingencies or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the additional cost of changes and delay is the responsibility of the participant. No refunds will be given for unused services, lodging, meals, and transportation. No amount will be refunded after a trip has departed. We recommend that you protect yourself with travel insurance covering accidents, trip cancellation, and emergency evacuation. These forms will be provided.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY
It is vital that persons with medical problems make them known to us well before departure. Trip members have a responsibility to select a trip appropriate to their ability and interest. The trip leaders have the right to disqualify anyone at any time if he or she feels the trip member is incapable and/or a members participation will endanger the member or others of the group. Failure to adhere to directions established by the trip leaders may result in being asked to leave the trip. If you leave the trip for any reason, you are responsible for all incurred expenses. No refund will be given.

PRIVACY POLICY
Outside New England, Inc. currently does not share, disclose or sell any personally identifiable information collected at this site with other companies or organizations. In the future, should Outside New England, Inc. decide to share its customers' personal or transactional data with third parties, it will, in advance, provide notification and the opportunity for its users to indicate whether they would prefer that the company not provide the information to third parties.

These Terms and Conditions apply to Weekend and Extended trips provided by Outside New England, Inc. Terms and Conditions for Extended Trips may be different from trip to trip and are provided with the Prospectus and Itineraries.
